About Foley
Foley is an 18-week-old Catahoula Leopard Dog/Australian Shepherd mix currently growing quickly and already showing a lot of personality. He’s deaf, which means he experiences the world a little differently, but this never stops him from being active, playful, and loving. Foley does best with another dog in the home—he looks to canine friends for guidance and reassurance, and his confidence is boosted by their presence. He's both sweet and smart, already responding to hand signals for 'come' and 'sit.' He’s in that puppy phase where cuddling up on a soft blanket becomes a favorite pastime, but he also loves interacting with people and fellow dogs. Foley is housetrained and is still working on perfecting his leash skills. His foster says a fenced yard would help him stay safe and give him more confidence to explore. He shines with kids and enjoys snuggling, earning his title as a 'professional snuggler.' Foley needs an adopter willing to learn together, keep him company, and give him the chance to thrive in a loving, patient home. For anyone familiar or interested in deaf dogs and ready to have another dog companion for Foley, he’ll make an affectionate and playful addition. Ready to fall in love?
