Chevy arrived at the shelter as a stray, covered in fleas and ticks and clearly in need of some TLC. But even then, this resilient 8-year-old boy never lost his spark. Don’t let the little bit of grey fool you! Chevy has plenty of pep in his step and a whole lot of life left to live. He’s a big fan of his daily walks, keeps his kennel tidy, and has a charming habit of “talking” to you when it’s time for a potty break. One polite woof and he’ll let you know exactly what he needs. We haven’t introduced him to other dogs just yet, but Chevy has shown some interest in a few of the lovely lady pups out in the yard during his playtime. With slow introductions, he may enjoy having a canine friend in his future home. Chevy is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and will soon be neutered. What he’s really waiting for now is a soft bed, a steady routine, and a person who appreciates a loyal, affectionate companion with a little spunk and a whole lot of heart
