About Teddy
Teddy is a medium-sized, tricolor Siberian Husky mix with a short coat who's ready for a quieter life indoors. He’s goofy, clever, and loves the simple things: soaking up sun in the yard, exploring the grass, and following his favorite humans around just to be close. Teddy’s a pro with other dogs, but is still very shy with people—he’ll need someone with real patience and a gentle approach. If you’re steady and willing to let him warm up at his own pace, he'll reward you with steady companionship. Years living outside left him grateful just to be inside these days; he’s learning the comforts of home, and he watches and absorbs everything from a cautious distance. Teddy does have a special need: he lives with an enlarged esophagus, so he must eat wet food to avoid digestive problems. As long as his diet is managed, he’s thriving. He’s house trained, vaccinated, and neutered—just looking for the right person who understands shy dogs and is ready to give him all the time he needs. Ready to see a timid dog blossom? Teddy’s waiting for someone like you. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
