Though Akira didn't come from overseas, she found her way to Tabby's Place through the Guardian Angel program after her beloved human passed away. Despite the comfort of a caring rescue, Akira still feels the ache of missing her very own special person and the comfort of a quiet home. What she would cherish most is finding a kind companion to share cozy couch time with, where her gentle purrs can fill the air. Akira may be a little shy when meeting new friends, but she’s never anything but gentle.
