Meet Dumbo! This 5-month-old has come such a long way since we first picked her up from Chicago Animal Care & Control after she'd been surrendered emaciated and extremely malnourished. Today, she's finally getting to enjoy being a puppy! She's learning to play with toys, putting on lots of healthy weight, and even from her very first, shy day at Tails Together, Dumbo is quick to a lap and loves a snuggle.
