About Prince Louie

Prince Louie is a tiny, cheerful mixed-breed charmer with a Yorkie-Chihuahua background. Surrendered when his owner moved, he took a bit to settle in, but now he’s relaxed and comfortable in his foster home. He weighs just under 10 lbs but has the big personality you’d expect from such a royal name. He’s fully house trained, adores his people, and responds especially well to women—though patience works for everyone. Louie is sensitive to loud noises and will likely run to hide if startled, but he’s never shown any bitey tendencies. He loves treats, listens well, and is eager to learn more commands. He gets along with dogs and does fine with calm, older kids (12+), but because of his small size, he isn’t suited for homes with very young children. Bikes, other dogs, and new experiences don’t faze him much, but he will need a calm introduction to new things. Louie hasn’t been around cats yet, though he’d probably manage with a confident cat. He is already neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and ready for that cozy castle of his own. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
