About Bones
Bones is a reserved, cautious kitten who is still learning to feel at ease around people. His instinct is to keep his distance, sometimes hissing to let you know he'd like some space. Though he occasionally allows gentle touches, he isn’t ready for hands-on affection just yet. He likes to watch the action from afar, quietly sizing up his surroundings on his own schedule. He isn’t a playful kitten—for now. But in the right environment, with time and patience, he could grow more confident. Bones thrives on routine; daily small interactions and bringing him treats (he’s a bigger fan of crunchy snacks than squeezable ones) can slowly build trust. He must be adopted with one of his siblings, Rainbow or Spacey Jane, as their company will give him the comfort and confidence he needs to come out of his shell. Bones needs a calm, patient household that won’t pressure him to adjust quickly. He will do best with someone willing to work at his pace and see the quiet potential beneath his shyness. Gaining his trust won’t be instant, but for adopters ready to invest the time, the reward is real. Bones’ birthday makes him a Libra—so beneath it all, he’s probably craving balance and harmony.
