When the fun is done, he turns into the ultimate lap-loving cuddle bug who is happiest snuggled right next to his people. He is smart, learns commands quickly (already knows “sit” and “outside”), and is mostly housetrained with continued progress every day. Cooper is social and friendly with men, women, older kids, and other dogs. He has a gentle, low-bark personality and thrives with lots of play, exercise, and affection.
