Abbie
AvailableAbbie is a calico Domestic Short Hair female, about 4 years and 2 months old, currently in Long Beach, CA. She is spayed, up to date on her vaccinations, and lives with urinary incontinence, requiring prescription urinary food for life. Abbie does especially well with other cats and is looking for a calm, patient household to match her gentle nature.
About Abbie
Abbie is an affectionate, easygoing calico who has a real gift for making feline and human friends. She loves a soft donut bed almost as much as snuggling up next to her favorite people, and her chirps and trills make her a gentle communicator around the house. Her history hasn’t always been simple—living outdoors, she endured a severe tail injury, resulting in a full amputation. Despite the ordeal, her loving nature never changed. Abbie has urinary incontinence and relies on lifelong prescription urinary food. Sudden changes or stress can trigger flare-ups of her FIC (feline idiopathic cystitis), so she thrives best when things are calm and steady. In a predictable, peaceful home, she’s more likely to keep symptoms at bay, but stress can trigger blood in her urine. She’s ready for a patient, understanding adopter who values routine and can offer a quiet, stable environment. With her soft disposition and gentle spirit, Abbie is ready to be a comforting companion in the right home. Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin!
