About Minnow
Minnow is a tiny dynamo with a whole lot of personality packed into his small frame. Always buzzing with energy, he lives for playtime and moves through the house with the kind of agility you usually see in an action movie. While he's not a textbook Chihuahua, everything about his attitude says "chi"—from his quirky confidence to his love for being in charge. New people and dogs aren't Minnow's instant friends, but once you've passed his test, he's loyal, silly, and happiest when he gets to snuggle with you or romp with a laid-back canine buddy. He does best with other dogs that aren't bossy or overly assertive. Minnow’s athleticism makes him a good candidate for agility activities, and you’ll often catch him showing off parkour moves just to get around the house. He will announce strangers with some barking, but don’t mistake it for aggression—he just likes to keep tabs on things. Nail trims aren’t an issue if you pop him in a harness. His ideal human is active, ready to provide lots of engagement, and patient when it comes to house training. Minnow isn’t fully potty trained yet and still needs reminders to stay on track; he might get distracted outside and "forget" to go until he's back in. Evenings are his downtime—he'll burrow in for movies or curl up to sleep by your side. Minnow is about one year old and weighs around 10 pounds, looking for a structured but loving home to help him shine. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
