About Zima

Zima was rescued from a tough start in Boyle Heights, where she and her brother were found struggling on the streets. After fighting off a cold and eye infections, she's turned into a lively, quirky, and playful little cat. Zima is endlessly curious and loves to keep an eye on everything going on around her—especially from the very top of a cat tree. She's obsessed with her elastic mouse toy and will happily entertain herself for hours. Wet food is a serious passion for her, three times a day, and she prefers her litterbox and scratching posts to be all-natural and unscented. Zima isn't a fan of being held for long but always wants to be close by, most especially snuggled up with her best friend Paloma on a heated blanket. The bond between these two is tight—they do everything together, so they must be adopted as a pair. Zima is talkative, social, and loves other cats. Zima is currently in Monrovia, CA.
