About Hobbs
Hobbs is one of those rare cats whose personality fills a room. He wants every minute with you—following close at your heels, curling up beside you while you work, and talking your ear off when you need a break. Playful but even-keeled, Hobbs comes alive when he’s with his best buddy Samara (think mini-me), and together, they’ll exhaust themselves with games before stretching out for a nap. He’s also happy to hang with other cats who can keep up with his energy and fun. Hobbs battled ocular FIP when he was just a kitten and pulled through—it left him with a mildly watery eye sometimes, especially when he’s been really active or under stress, but it doesn’t slow him down at all. He’s neutered, vaccinated, and litter box trained (prefers unscented, all-natural litter) and is happy scaling any cat tree with a sisal rope. Hobbs needs another cat for company—he’s not the type to do well alone all day, so if you work long hours, he’ll need a feline friend. He loves gentle kids and is social with just about everyone.
