About Mama Arbor
Mama Arbor is the well-known mom who caught the city's attention after seeking help for her kittens—the famously tucked-away Tree Babies. She showed remarkable resourcefulness and determination, keeping her litter safe for six weeks outdoors, carefully hidden inside a fallen tree near a parking lot in Mount Juliet, TN. When it was time, she let a TDOT worker know she needed some help and soon landed, with her little family, at True Rescue. Now, Mama Arbor is safe, spayed, and ready for a stable indoor life. She is gentle, people-smart, and forgiving despite her rough experiences with humans. If you've heard her story, you'll know she isn't just a survivor—she's impressively clever and shows the best of feline instincts. Mama Arbor does have special needs, as she's FIV positive, but she's been through the hardest part already. She'll be staying at True Rescue until she finds a permanent home. Interested adopters can visit with her any day of the week during adoption hours, and the rescue has plenty of other cats hoping you'll stop in too. Ready to fall in love?
