About Banjo
Banjo is a soulful, easygoing senior American Staffordshire Terrier with a big heart and just the right amount of independence. He has great house manners—non-destructive, comfortable relaxing throughout the day, and happy to lounge in the sun or quietly hang out with you. Banjo enjoys people of all ages and gets along well with other dogs, though he's equally content as the only canine in the home. He's leash trained, crate trained, rides well in the car, and already knows basic commands like sit, paw, and down—especially if treats are involved. Sometimes he'll pretend not to hear, but that's part of his charm. Playful and occasionally goofy, Banjo has a gentle, even-tempered nature and likes sniffing out the world on leisurely walks. He can be vocal when he hears new sounds or sees people outside but remains calm and affectionate. Banjo thrives on a special diet for mild kidney concerns, so consistency there is key. He's a confident, affectionate companion looking for a loving home where his friendly, laid-back personality can shine. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
