About Angus

Angus is a sweet, playful guy who really bonds with his people. He’s that rare dog who’s just as happy bouncing over for a hug as he is darting off into the yard for a round of keep-away with his favorite toys. When Angus came out of the South Salt Lake shelter, he needed surgery for a cherry eye and spent several weeks recovering in a foster home. Since then, he’s split his time between running at top speed, chasing toys, and lounging on the couch close to his humans. Angus thrives in active households with space to run—he loves having another dog to play with, and his “sit” and “shake” are solid. While he’s shown interest in cats, a slow intro would be best. Angus has waited a long time for a family, but he’s ready to move on from rescue life for good. Click apply to start the adoption process.
