About Oreo
Oreo landed at the shelter after being picked up as a stray from a local 4H fairground. When nobody claimed him, he settled into kennel life and quickly won staff over with his goofy energy and love for people. Just past a year old, Oreo weighs about 50 pounds and still has a young dog’s endless curiosity. He’s neutered, heartworm negative, and current on Distemper, Rabies, and Bordetella vaccinations. Oreo is constantly looking for a playmate—he’ll greet just about anyone with a wag and likes to play-tag with other dogs through the fence. He’s not house trained yet but with his smarts and eagerness to please, he’ll pick it up quickly. Cats, however, are not a good fit for his high-speed playstyle. He’d do best with an active family ready for walks, games, and plenty of attention. Fun fact: Oreo was born under the determined sign of Taurus! Click apply to start the adoption process.
