Sam is an approximately 1-year-old male Shepherd mix who arrived at the rescue as an owner surrender. He has quickly shown himself to be friendly with both staff and other dogs, making him a pleasure to have around. It's not currently known if Sam is house or crate trained, and his experience with children hasn't been tested yet. What stands out is his comfortable, easygoing demeanor with adult humans and other dogs—he's been easy to handle and seems eager to bond with those around him.
