5 GREEK Felines - 5 Dumped Kittens! There are no words. We arrived today (May 4) to volunteer at 4:40ish and found these kittens at the front door. According to security cameras, they were dumped at 1:45 ...3 hours in a box that we know of. We have a list of people waiting for us to take in kittens they have been caring for and are on the list. Dumping kittens in a box means those waiting on us to have an open foster are still waiting. There are simply not enough resources to go around. Not enough fosters. Not enough donations of supplies or $$ for their care. Thankfully they are safe and thriving now - two months later. Five kittens will be over $1500 in routine vet care as long as they stay healthy.
