Jacob is a 10-month-old mixed breed dog with a big personality and an even bigger love for life. Enrolled in Wayside’s "Waifs with Wisdom" program, he’s already picked up basic commands and leash walking skills and comes with a complimentary 30-minute private training session to help you bond. During his time at the shelter, jacob has shown that he thoroughly enjoys the company of other dogs and finds great joy in interactive toys—chews, puzzle feeders, squeaky toys, and rope toys are all favorites. He’s playful, energetic, and always ready for a new adventure, whether that’s hikes, runs, or a good old toy pile dive. Jacob is looking for a home that will keep him engaged, active, and encourage his curiosity as he continues growing out of his puppy stage. He’s friendly and affectionate, soaking up all the love and attention you’re willing to give, and he’ll happily return it tenfold.
