Mama Dolores (Mama Dolo) is a young Shepherd/Husky mix who is equal parts silly, loving, and full of life. At likely under two years old, she still has that fun, goofy puppy energy, whether she’s sprinting in circles, bouncing around like a little goat, or hopping into a kiddie pool for a quick splash. As much as she loves to play, her favorite place is right next to her people. She’s incredibly affectionate and happiest curled up on the couch, soaking up all the attention she can get. She’s a social girl who enjoys walks, adventures, and being part of whatever you’re doing. A fenced yard is a bonus, not a requirement. If a yard is present, a 6 foot fence is ideal since she can jump, but she can also do well with supervision or in a home committed to regular walks and exercise. Mama Dolo gets along with playful dogs and would enjoy a canine buddy, though proper introductions are important. She’s housebroken, smart, and doing well with training, especially as she continues building her leash skills. At around 50 pounds, she’s a great size for many homes, including apartments, as long as her exercise needs are met. If you’re looking for a dog who can make you laugh one minute and be your snuggle buddy the next, Mama Dolo might be your perfect match.
