Meet our longest resident, Salsa! Salsa is BLIND, which causes her to swat at us occasionally, but she is a total lap cat believe it or not! Salsa has such a unique meow and enjoys affection on her terms. Salsa unfortunately was returned once, so she really deserves to finally be out of this shelter.
