This 20ish pound mix came to us after he was found living outside, neglected for basically his whole life. He is about one or two. He is very sweet, playful and does great with other dogs. Let’s get Charlie adopted! Notes from his foster: I've been fostering Charlie for 5 days now and I can attest - he is virtually perfect. NEVER reactive, nor does he receive reactions, despite the fact that he hasn't been neutered yet. Loves every living creature he sees, and every human loves him right back. He has never barked - once. still getting used to walking on anything other than concrete. Learning new things every day: sit, stay, come, using the pet door, playing with other dogs. He's probably at least 30 pounds - small but solid. Honestly, I've interacted with 100's of dogs, and he is truly special.
