Luna
AvailableLuna is a large adult female Domestic Short Hair with a gray, blue, and silver coat. She is spayed and has received all her vaccinations. Luna is currently in York, PA, looking for a peaceful home after a lot of change early in life. At 6 years and 2 months old, she has a calm, affectionate side for those willing to let her settle in.
About Luna
Luna carries herself with gentle calm, preferring a peaceful environment and the company of a few trusted friends. After losing her first home when her owner was incarcerated, and again when her subsequent adopter passed away, Luna has learned to approach new people and places with caution. She tends to keep her distance from strangers at first, but reveals her affectionate side as she gets to know you—especially if you offer a quiet space and gentle belly rubs. Luna finds comfort in the presence of her long-time companion Ella and other feline friends, but small children tend to make her uneasy. She’s happiest in quiet homes where the pace is slow and routines are steady, with a patient adopter who can give both her and Ella time to relax at their own rhythm. These bonded girls want to stay together and are ready for a fresh start, hoping this home will finally be the one. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
