Hi, my name is Mel and I am from Texas! Mel came to us timid and terrified of everything and over the last two weeks, she has blossomed into a rambunctious, full of personality puppy! She is crate trained and super food motivated (a hungry hungry hippo), making house training and general skills really easy! She prefers females over males, but is learning to love everyone and everything. Her favorite thing is to hug your neck and to be held and kissed all over. She may be timid at first, but she has turned a new leaf having the example of our resident dog. She would be so happy with any family willing to be patient with her while her sweet loving personality takes some time to shine.
