Wolf is a truly special little guy with a personality that wins you over instantly. Listed as a Shepherd mix, he is the perfect medium-small size at just 33 lbs, sitting right at or below your knee. At approximately 3 years old, Wolfie is everything people look for in a companion. He is mellow, gentle, fun, and incredibly sweet. He loves pets and attention, is very friendly with everyone he meets, and has an easygoing nature that makes him a great fit for many types of homes. He walks nicely on leash, is house and crate trained, and settles well into a routine. He has done great in a kennel environment and has shown just how adaptable and well-mannered he is. Wolfie is fantastic with other dogs of all ages and sizes and would truly love a doggie sibling to keep him company and play with. He also does well with cats and is good with kids, making him a well-rounded fit for a family home. He was picked up off the streets, likely abandoned, after being found hanging around with a female dog and her puppies. We believe he may even be the dad. Despite that rough start, he has remained loving, trusting, and ready for a fresh start. This is just a really great dog who is ready for a forever home.
