Angel is part of the Scott County Humane Society’s foster network, and all of their adult cats receive loving homes and excellent veterinary care before placement. Each adult cat comes spayed or neutered, fully vetted (including FeLV testing), microchipped, current on boosters and rabies vaccination, dewormed, flea treated, and checked for ear mites.
