About Vada
Vada is a female Rottweiler and Husky mix, about 9 months old and just shy of 50 lbs. She came in as a stray—unclaimed and covered in ticks, but she's been treated and is on preventative Doxycycline. Though she starts out a bit shy, it doesn’t last long; she warms up quickly and has a lot of fun playing with her buddy, Bowie. Her personality is gentle and playful, and she gets along well with other dogs and children. Vada stands out with one blue eye and one brown, making her all the more memorable. Her adoption fee is only $40 thanks to a generous sponsorship. All dogs here, including Vada, are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and current on distemper, parvo, kennel cough, and rabies vaccinations. They also receive heartworm testing, deworming, and tick prevention. Visits are welcome on Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, or you can schedule an appointment at another time.
