About Dublin
Dublin arrived with the rescue over St. Patrick's Day weekend and quickly lived up to her lucky name. Born on 11/10/2025, she's a Scorpio, and true to her sign, she brings some spirit and loyalty. Affection is her middle name—Dublin thrives on being close, claiming laps whenever she can. She’s fully potty trained, sleeps soundly through the night, and settles easily in her kennel if left alone. Dublin shines around men, women, and kids, greeting her people with genuine excitement. Initially shy, she's become lively and playful, always up for fun and eager to show off her silly personality. Expect toy hoarding, hopping, and crunching her favorite snacks—bones, carrots, or even ice cubes. Dublin enjoys other dogs, but would do best as the only dog so she can keep growing in confidence and maintain focus on continued training. She’s as happy to lounge on the couch as she is to play, and has already proven herself a keen little home security officer. There is some medical news: Dublin has tears in both of her CCLs. She will need knee surgery as she gets older—happily, the rescue will cover those costs. Despite this, she remains a happy and energetic pup, steadily getting stronger and ready for an adopter that can support her during recovery. Her resilience and affection stand out.
