With an adorable resemblance to a Cairn Terrier and Chihuahua mix, he's missing one eye, but that only adds to his charming, winking personality. Sparrow's foster family knows him best, as all our dogs currently live in loving foster homes where they receive plenty of attention and care. Meetings are by appointment only for preapproved adopters. The application is the first step, and once approved, the team will connect you with Sparrow's foster to answer all of your questions. Please note, we do not ship or transport our dogs, so approved adopters must be able to travel to Tennessee.
