He has been neutered, he recently finished Heartworm treatment, and he got a much needed haircut… Now all that’s missing is a family to call his own! Wags currently shares his foster home with another pup around his size and age and does fine. He can be a little possessive about food/treats and he’s not a big fan of the groomer but he is such a cutie he gets away with his quirks. Wags is 3 years old, 16 lbs, and house-trained.
