About Emma

Emma landed in rescue after being abandoned in rural Kansas, pregnant and barely surviving. She gave birth to seven pups, has seen them off to new homes, and is now eager for her own happily-ever-after. Emma weighs around 35-40 lbs and has a compact, muscular frame typical of an American Bully mix. Her short coat is a soft blend of beige, black, and cream, giving her an approachable, easy-care look. House trained and crate trained, Emma settles into home routines with little fuss. She’s up for car rides, adores fetch, and is quick to line up for treats—especially chicken strips and the occasional pup cup. Emma is currently being treated for heartworm disease, but this doesn’t slow her down or dent her chances at a great life. The rescue covers her treatments for a year, making it simple for her adopter. Emma has lived in a foster home with kids, cats, dogs, horses, and farm animals, and she fits in with all of them—calm, sociable, and easy to manage. Ready to start her new chapter, Emma brings a gentle, loyal energy to any home. Click apply to start the adoption process.
