Nora arrived at our shelter as a stray, malnourished but with no shortage of energy and enthusiasm. She is outgoing, playful, and loves to snuggle. She's still very much a puppy at under a year old. She's a slight 20 pounds and gaining with her healthy appetite. Nora is currently in foster care. She loves the couch life, but also can't wait to get out for her walks. She wants to explore and will need a secured area for doing that. She appears to have been pad trained and is transitioning to going outside. Given the opportunity, Nora will jump into the car to go see the world. This little girl will bring joy to an active, loving home. Come meet Nora! Shelter hours are 9-3 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, and 10 to noon on Saturday. It is always best to make an appointment by calling or texting 859-420-0175. Adoption fees for dogs range from $150-$200. The fee covers the mandatory spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, dewormer, and first round of flea and tick preventatives.
