I'm Salem and I'm a Manx cat--check out my cute bobtail! I'm a super playful boy...it's my favorite thing to do. I also love attention from people, so I want to go home with you. I'll be your best friend. We can play with bouncy balls and other toys for hours.

About Manx Cats

Manx cats are a tailless breed originating from the Isle of Man, known for their round bodies, round heads, and powerful hind legs that are longer than their front legs, giving them a distinctive hopping gait. They range from completely tailless ("rumpy") to having a full tail ("longy"), with several variations in between.

Adopting a Manx means welcoming a playful, loyal companion often described as dog-like in their devotion. They love to play fetch, follow their owners around, and are known as excellent jumpers despite (or perhaps because of) their unique build. Manx cats are wonderful family cats who are gentle with children and get along well with other pets.
