Athena's story is hard to believe. She turned up in Taos, cold and alone, and a microchip showed she'd been missing from Albuquerque for over eight years. Reunification wasn’t meant to be, as her previous owners can’t take her back. Despite all this, Athena is remarkably loving and gentle.
