About Gunther
Gunther is a striking Pit Bull Terrier who came to the shelter after his previous owner couldn't continue caring for him. At first, he can be a bit hesitant with strangers, but underneath that initial shyness, he's incredibly sweet and devoted. After a little time, Gunther starts to relax, showing his affectionate side with plenty of happy energy. In foster care, Gunther has proven himself as charming, friendly, and eager for attention—expect enthusiastic greetings complete with kisses. He responds well to gentle corrections if he gets a little too affectionate. Gunther loves treats like turkey and whipped cream, always excited for a snack. He handles walks beautifully, curious but calm around people, other dogs, birds, and squirrels. He's happiest when he can explore new smells, and sometimes tugs the leash to check out an interesting bush. Gunther is an energetic, sweet companion ready for his new chapter. Ready to fall in love?
