About Piadora
Meet Piadora! After losing her original rescuer, Piadora found herself with nowhere to go, but in the last five months, her foster home has helped her rediscover trust. At first, she hid away, only emerging at night or to eat, but with slow, consistent socialization, she's come around. Now, she greets her fosters enthusiastically and has become more comfortable with cuddling in the mornings, giving out kisses and gentle head nudges to those who earn her trust. She likes affection on her own terms and signals softly when she’s had enough, typical cat style. While generally relaxed as a senior, Piadora taps into her playful side when the catnip banana toy comes out. Piadora has lived with stomatitis and now has no teeth, so she currently eats only wet food, though gradual dry food introduction might be possible if needed. She also has hyperthyroidism, well-controlled with medication that keeps her levels stable and easy to manage. She is about 7 and a half years old, spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea-treated, dewormed, and has tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Born October 24, Piadora is a Scorpio—loyal and quietly strong. Piadora is in PITTSBURGH, PA. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
