About Pickle
Pickle is a big-hearted Red Heeler/Bully mix whose loyalty is matched only by his lovable, goofy spirit. At 3 years old, Pickle’s whole world changed when his owner passed away, but he’s resilient and has settled into his Georgia foster home with quiet optimism. This 70 lb boy has perfected the art of being a 'velcro dog,' sticking close to his people no matter the occasion—working, relaxing, or even just wandering the house. Snacks, fetch, and a soft bed are some of his simple pleasures. He’s clever and eager to please, especially when treats are involved—expect a reliable sit every time. Pickle is fully house trained, crate trained, and walks nicely on leash. He is dog, cat, and kid friendly, making him a great fit for many types of households. He craves stability, affection, and a home where he can be part of the daily rhythm. He is slimming down a bit, but his easygoing nature and sturdy frame are still very much present. Pickle’s story is all about second chances and the chance to be someone’s steadfast companion. Give this loyal friend his next chapter—he’ll make sure you never feel alone.
