About Bailey
Click apply to start the adoption process. Bailey is a nine-year-old cat with a lot of personality—and a fair share of size to love! While his round figure might suggest he would fit seamlessly into the role of couch potato, Bailey keeps everyone on their toes with his energetic spirit and bold attitude. He craves being the center of attention, welcoming visitors and soaking up all the affection he can get from his people. This big orange guy has a playful, sometimes mischievous side and would thrive in an adult-only home where his family is active, experienced, and interested in engaging him in fun play sessions. Bailey is happiest with folks who can read feline body language and understand that he sometimes gets so excited he forgets that hands aren’t toys and believes food is the reward for clever swats or nips. While it's uncertain how Bailey would do with other cats or dogs, a careful introduction could make a new friend possible. His age and size mean his future family should work with their vet to help him stay healthy and happy for years to come. If you have room in your heart for a quirky orange cat with real cattitude, Bailey is waiting for you behind the scenes at the Boston Adoption Center. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
