About Alfredo

Alfredo had a rough start—rescued at just 10 weeks after a tumble from a car engine on Fort Worth's north side. He bounced back from a brain injury and deals with permanent nerve damage in his right front leg, but it honestly doesn't slow him down. Alfredo uses that leg to scoot around and gets especially wild play-fighting with adult cats. The vet says there's no need to remove the limb, just keep the nails trimmed to avoid snags. He loves the action, chasing his foster's resident cats and steering clear of kittens (he prefers roughhousing with cats aged 1-4). When all the chaos winds down, Alfredo turns into a loud-purring cuddler. He hasn't tried life with dogs or small kids, so those scenarios are unknown. He needs to stay indoors and wants humans who will respect his physical limits. In the kitchen, his enthusiasm is focused on chicken or turkey baby food—he'll let you know when he thinks it's snack time. Born on October 6, 2025, Alfredo is a Libra, so expect a social streak.
