Meet Alfredo! This lucky guy was saved from the middle of a busy road after falling out of a vehicle's engine on Fort Worth's northside at only 10 weeks old, He managed to only suffer a traumatic brain injury (which he has since now recovered from) and permanent nerve damage to his right front leg which doesn’t stop him at all. He loves to roughhouse with his foster's resident adult cats and frequently chases them around the house. While he has limited use of his right front leg, it was not recommended by the vet to remove it as he still uses it to both scoot around the house and during play-fighting. As long as the nails are kept trimmed in that paw so he doesn’t snag them on material, he should be fine. Alfredo also loves to cuddle when he’s tired and has a very loud, comforting purr. Born 10/6/2025 He would do best in a home that would be diligent in keeping him indoors only and with individuals who would respect his physical limitations. He has not been exposed to dogs or kids. He enjoys the company of other cats but does not like kittens. He would do best with cats who are 1-4 years old as he is a playful guy who needs someone to wrestle around with and chase around the house. His current food obsession is Gerber’s baby food (turkey or chicken) and he frequently asks for it whenever he spots someone in the kitchen.
