About Bruce
Make their next chapter their best one yet. Meet Bruce, a wonderful 3-year-old boy who weighs around 65 pounds and has truly flourished in his foster home. His foster family has gotten to know him inside and out, and they can vouch for him being an all-around good boy. Bruce is part of a lively household filled with dogs of all shapes and sizes—and he gets along beautifully with all of them. He’s especially gentle with kids, respecting everyone's space and preferring to let new friends come to him first. But once he warms up, he’s eager to be your faithful companion. His days are filled with the perfect mix of play and relaxation: he loves romping with his canine pals, lounging in the sun or grass for epic naps, and curling up inside with his people. Head scratches and belly rubs are his favorites, and he can often be found snoozing happily on his back. Bruce is house trained and politely lets you know when it's time for outdoor adventures. He’s comfortable on a leash, does great being crated or left out, and has impeccable manners around the house. A calm, loving home is just what he’s looking for, and he truly thrives in a relaxed environment. He was a bit shy at first, but now, Bruce’s affectionate personality shines brightly. Watch for his signature choppy bark—his special greeting for loved ones returning home. He does seek out quiet, cozy spots when loud noises are nearby, but he manages this with calm and maturity. If you are searching for a gentle, well-mannered companion who’s equally happy playing or cuddling, Bruce may just be your perfect match. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
