Fred came to the shelter with his best friend Barney. The two of them came from horrible living conditions where they were covered in fleas, had mange and were very underweight. They have not had an easy life but remain VERY sweet. They are still recovering so look a little rough but we know they will turn into healthy, beautiful pups with some TLC. They’ve been with us a few weeks and are doing great. They are the sweetest boys and it would be great to have them adopted together as they love each other very much.
