Meet Scuffle... professional side-eyer, certified kiss bandit, and your future favorite little gremlin. At just 6 months old, this French Bulldog may look like he's plotting your downfall... but don't let that RBF (Resting Bulldog Face) fool you-this boy is ALL love (and a little bit of chaos ). Scuffle's story started tough. He was surrendered as a tiny neonate due to a cleft lip/palate, and there were moments where survival wasn't guaranteed. But thanks to his incredible medical fosters and Mama Ro, this little fighter beat the odds and is now thriving. Let's talk about his "special edition" features: Dogs with clefts can live totally happy, normal lives-they just need a little extra awareness. For Scuffle, that means: Keeping an eye on soft/sticky foods (like peanut butter or canned food) so nothing gets lodged in his cleft Monitoring for signs of aspiration pneumonia (he's at a slightly higher risk) That's it. No drama. Just a little common sense and a lot of love. Now onto the important stuff-his personality: LOVES to play (professional zoomie athlete) LOVES to cuddle (your lap = his throne) OBSESSED with giving kisses (seriously... personal space is not his thing) Will judge you silently with his face while doing all of the above He's recently spent time training at Paw Talk and has been working hard on his manners. He did show a little attitude toward another dog at the vet (we all have our moments ), so his future family should be committed to continuing training and proper introductions. The good news? In his foster home with the Mac Pack, he lived with 5 other dogs and did great-so we know he can be a good doggy roommate with the right guidance. Scuffle will be neutered May 7th and ready to head home after that!
