Pigpen
AvailablePigpen is a large, adult, short-haired male cat living in Bensalem, PA. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and fully house trained. Pigpen has special needs due to a front leg amputation, some ongoing mobility challenges, and diabetes managed with oral medication. Despite these issues, he navigates daily life well and thrives with a little extra care.
About Pigpen
Pigpen is a scruffy, charming cat who has faced a lot but keeps a sweet outlook. Found living outdoors with a severe front leg injury, he underwent an amputation and recovered with resilience. Pigpen still manages day-to-day with some mobility challenges and has adapted well, hopping onto furniture and tackling a few stairs. Years of compensating for his injury have left his remaining front leg a bit sensitive, but it doesn't keep him from enjoying life. Pigpen is also diabetic and takes oral medication easily—this doesn't slow him down, and it’s just part of his routine. He’ll reward attention with happy chirps, loving as many pets as you’re willing to give. While Pigpen does okay with another cat who keeps their distance, he’d probably prefer to be your one and only. He doesn’t do well with dogs. He has so much love to give and just wants a calm, understanding home where he can relax and enjoy companionship. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
