Angel is an ideal family companion. After being surrendered due to a child's allergies, she spent two months in a crowded and noisy shelter, where her spirit began to dim. Despite proving herself a gentle soul among many, she often went unnoticed because of her black coat. Learning she was at risk for euthanasia drove us to bring her into our care. Now safe in a foster home, Angel has adapted beautifully. She's house trained, friendly with both kids and dogs, and enjoys outdoor adventures like hiking and neighborhood walks. At around five years old and about 70 pounds, this large dog has a mix of Pit Bull Terrier and Australian Cattle Dog traits, complemented by her short black coat.
