Sedona
AvailableSedona is a small, adult female Domestic Short Hair with a dilute calico coat. Her coat is short, and she’s spayed and fully vaccinated. Sedona is house trained and thrives as an indoor cat. She does have special needs related to FeLV, which means she’ll need consistent indoor care and vet support, but she’s living comfortably and full of affection. Sedona can be found in Kelso, WA, ready for her next chapter.
About Sedona
Meet Sedona, a dilute calico beauty with a big heart. At around two years old, Sedona has pushed through a tough start. She arrived at a shelter with a dislocated hip, which required an FHO surgery—more than the shelter could provide. Thankfully, she made it to rescue, got the surgery she needed, and healed up well. Testing revealed a faint positive for FeLV, a condition that means Sedona’s immune system is weaker than most cats, but it’s manageable with a safe, strictly indoor lifestyle and attentive care. She should live as a solo cat or with another FeLV-positive friend. She’s a clean, shorthaired kitty with a love for rolling around, gentle head butts, and playing in water. Her meow is small but mighty—she’s a talker and loves attention. While Sedona adores children, she’ll thrive with older kids who can be gentle with her repaired hip. Sedona is easy going, even at the vet, and her social, playful nature shines through. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, has completed FHO surgery, has had a full medical work-up, and is up to date on preventive care. Give Sedona the security and love she’s been missing in a calm, safe home. What are you waiting for? Apply today!

Domestic Short Hairs like Sedona adapt perfectly to living entirely indoors and actually require this setup if they are FeLV positive. She does not need outdoor access.
Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?
