About Courtesy Listing Bailey
Bailey is a gentle, calm, and loving dog with a shy but sweet personality. She was born on a family farm and grew up with her lifelong companion, Diesel. Bailey adores belly rubs and quickly warms up to people after a gentle introduction. She does well with other dogs and is also friendly with cats. Thunderstorms make her nervous—when one rolls in, she’ll quietly seek comfort in a closet rather than cause a fuss. Bailey is house trained and has always lived as an inside dog, surrounded by plenty of affection. She’s looking for a home where she can remain indoors and have a secure, fenced yard to enjoy time outside safely. It would be ideal for Bailey to be adopted with her brother Diesel since they’ve spent their entire lives together, but the priority is to find her a loving and attentive family. Expect a loving companion who will melt for attention and affection. If you’re considering adoption, note that a home and/or vet check and rehoming fee are required. Bailey is not under the care of the Humane Society of West Alabama—please reach out directly to her current caretaker for more info. Fun fact: Bailey’s birthday is March 12, which makes her a Pisces, a sign known for its gentle and empathetic nature. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
