Chili is a 3 year old female Heeler mix that came to us from the Dog Warden. She was very scared and trembled constantly as if she were afraid of doing something wrong and being hurt. She has calmed down and acclimated well and it has been fun to watch her come out of her shell and be a happy dog. She loves running in the field, wagging her tail as she runs to the far end and back again. She has a playful side as she jumps from side to side in typical heeler fashion. We are just glad to see her playing and forgetting the life she used to have. Chili weighs 38 lbs. and will require a fenced yard.
