About Darlene
What are you waiting for? Apply today! Darlene came to the shelter after facing tough times as a stray. She was discovered in poor shape, with nails so overgrown they had pierced her paw pads, and she needed urgent dental care due to her teeth condition. After some much-needed TLC, including a nail trim and dental surgery, Darlene is feeling much better and is now ready to find her forever home. This spirited senior, estimated at about 15 years old, still has plenty of life and energy to share. She is talkative, always letting you know when it's time to eat—probably her favorite part of the day! Darlene is FIV+, meaning her immune system is a bit weaker, but she doesn't require any special medication and can still enjoy a happy, healthy life. Because she can be a bit sassy with other animals, she should be the only cat in your home. Darlene could do well with children, as long as they respect her need for space when she wants it. Fun fact: With a birthdate of April 10, Darlene is an Aries, so expect that feisty, lively personality! Darlene is now seeking a loving family who can give her the care she deserves as she enjoys her golden years. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
