About Oscar Mayer
Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started. Meet Oscar Mayer! Oscar is a 4-year-old Dachshund mix who arrived from Georgia after being rescued from a hoarding situation. Despite a difficult start, he radiates happiness the moment his little paws hit the floor. This small boy is cheerful and full of energy, always ready to chase balls, sprint for treats, and dash around with boundless enthusiasm. While he looks much like a classic Dachshund, his joyful personality is what really shines. He'll play for hours—only to follow that up with a nap, complete with adorable snores that can be heard from afar. Oscar was returned once due to potty issues. However, since coming back, he's only had one overnight accident when everyone was gone, and with consistency and a steady schedule, he is expected to master his house training quickly. Energetic, affectionate, and endlessly entertaining, Oscar is ready to join a home that will cherish his playful spirit and big heart. Plus, as a Capricorn (born January 3), he's likely to be both determined and loyal! What are you waiting for? Apply today!
