Diesel is a gentle, soulful adult pit bull who experiences the world a little differently than most — he's deaf. But don't let that fool you. This boy is tuned in in every way that matters. He reads a room, he reads you, and the moment he decides you're his person, he will climb directly onto your chest and stay there as long as you'll let him. He's not looking for a party. He's not chasing tennis balls or wrestling with the neighborhood dogs. What Diesel wants — more than anything — is a soft place to land. A quiet home. Someone who will sit still long enough for him to exhale. He's currently working hard in training to learn how to peacefully share space with other dogs, and he's making real progress!
